So don’t feel you need to have a separate conversation about disability, inclusion and accessibility.
The earlier the conversation is started, the better.
Let your client know that the candidates you put forward will reflect the diverse communities we are a part of, including those with disability.
Let them know you will only put forward people who you think have the capability required and are a good fit for their organisation.
Any organisation would be excited about candidates with fewer sick days, greater retention rates and equal or higher productivity.
Let them know that research tells us people with disability are good for business.
